Direct Staff
Team
Achieve Behavioral Associates is seeking compassionate and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 and small-group support to individuals with developmental disabilities. BTs/RBTs implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, focusing on building adaptive, communication, and social skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing behavior intervention and skill-building programs
Collecting accurate session data
Supporting clients in home, clinic, and community settings
Collaborating with supervisors and caregivers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
RBT certification or willingness to obtain
Reliable transportation and availability for scheduled sessions
Strong communication and professionalism

BCBA
Achieve Behavioral Associates is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and program development for individuals with developmental disabilities. The BCBA is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, supervision of BTs/RBTs, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful, functional outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
Supervising and training BTs/RBTs in accordance with BACB standards
Monitoring client progress and adjusting programs as needed
Completing clinical documentation, reassessments, and reports
Collaborating with caregivers, schools, and funding sources
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
