This interactive program uses theater and creative exercises to help participants build essential life skills while exploring the magic of acting in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Isabella Hofmann is the proud mother of an autistic artist. She holds a degree in Theater/Music from Columbia College, Chicago and also studied acting with Michael Shurtleff (Los Angeles) and Stella Adler and Uta Hagen (New York). Sheâs worked professionally in stage, film, and television for over 30 years and has close to 100 credits on IMDb. Her theater credits include being a member of the resident company at Chicagoâs Second City, as well as performing in various theaters in Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles. Film and television credits include âThe Flashâ, âLegends of Tomorrowâ, âMy Crazy Ex-Girlfriendâ and âBurlesqueâ. Isabella has also been a series regular on âHomicide: Life on the Streetâ, Beggars and Choosers, âThe Boysâ, and âDear Johnâ, and has recurred and guest-starred on many other shows. She was nominated for a Joseph Jefferson Award for âTeibele And Her Demonâ and Chicagoâs Northlight Theater, and received the Western Heritage Award for outstanding television for her work in âIndependenceâ. Isabella still works in tv and film, and teaches part-time at the New York Film Academy. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her son Atticus.
